Entries are open for the first-ever Cape Meander

Cape Meander

Hot on the heels of the success of the Cape 1000, which had its second running this year, Historic Adventures UK has announced the inaugural Cape Meander, again marrying the Western Cape's beauty with the thrill of classic car motoring.

Historic Adventures was founded in 2020 by two classic car enthusiasts, Colin and Megan Greyvensteyn, who share a passion for travelling and exploring new places and roads. They both have vast travel experience throughout South Africa both on tours and regularity rallies, with classic and vintage cars. The Historic Adventures team provides a full service for all travel requirements, logistics, support, route planning and more. They have tours planned locally and abroad, which range from three days to three weeks in duration.

Cape Meander

Their upcoming tour, the Cape Meander, is based in the Western Cape and is taking place from 21-24 May. The tour will visit some superb hotels in the towns of Hermanus, Robertson and Langebaan, while travelling along the most scenic roads the Cape has to offer. Entries are open to vehicles manufactured prior to 1990 and are limited to 15 in total. Cost is R 5 900 per person sharing which includes three nights' accommodation at four star hotels, three course dinners, a detailed road book, rally plate and merchandise.
