The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG was the first car designed and built from scratch entirely by Mercedes-Benz's AMG division. David Coulthard had a hand in its development as well, so it's got some serious pedigree. Its trademark gullwing doors provide real crowd-pulling appeal, and its sonorous 6.2L V8 a thundering soundtrack. 

Its not all bark and no bite either - the V8 engine delivers a thumping 420kW and 650Nm of torque, enough to blast this sizzler to 100kph in 3.8 seconds and on to a top speed of 315kph.

This immaculate 2011 example is finished in Pearl White with a black leather interior. It has done only 19 500km and boasts a full-service history at the agents (with a recent service).
